REFUND POLICY
All Refund Requests for session cancellations of the 2007/08 year must be made in writing before November 1, 2007. After this date, sessions can only be cancelled & refunds allowed with a medical reason only. A Doctor's note must be obtained within 30 days of the injury & refund requests due to illness or injury, must be received within 30 days of the initial date of injury. Refunds will not be backdated more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the medical note. NO Medical refunds will be considered after March 1 of the skating year.Fees will be prorated & are subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Only session fees are refundable. Note: Skate Canada Fees are not refundable - The SC Fee is good until the following August 31, therefore if a skater chooses to skate later in the season, spring or summer, they would not have to pay this fee again. Lottery book fees are also not refundable.
